Dr Bernard Cheong appointed as Haute Horlogerie Ambassador of the Fondation De La Horlogerie  1 Comments

Dr Bernard Cheong a renowned Singaporean collector and columnist for many watch related magazines in the region was recently accorded the recognition of Ambassador by the Fondation De La Horlogerie in Switzerland. His appointment comes as a surprise to many as the Fondation had not given such recognition to anyone in the East before. To many in our part of the world, Dr Cheong had been commonly viewed as the Ambassador of watch collection here in Singapore for many years for his unselfish efforts to bring a higher level of sophistication to our part of the world. For those who have known him and enjoyed his never ending string of stories and information on the world of horology would easily confirm that this recognition is well deserved.
