DeBethune 2011 Novelties Dinner - Cuisine of Imperial Treasure  0 Comments

The dinner showcasing the new 2011 collection from DeBethune was held at the Imperial Treasures Restaurant at the Paragon. Renowned for its Peking Duck, the cuisine was exquisite and thoroughly deserving its reputation for good food and gracious service. Impressive was the food that every course was received and eaten with pleasure. My only complaint would be that the fish was overly boney making it tricky to eat. Peking Duck was indeed quite good and each guest received and much welcomed, multiple helpings. The Here is a montage of the courses served.
