IWC Vintage Collectors Event at the ION Showroom Singapore  0 Comments

About a fortnight ago IWC hosted a cocktail for a small gathering of a few collectors of vintage watches at the new ION showroom. There were only 15 guests consisting of the vintage collectors who brought along their collection to share and a few newbie guests to introduce the rarified art of vintage IWC collecting. The brainchild of Mr Eddie Sng who suggested the concept to IWC who then saw how valuable an idea that new collectors can be introduced to both rare vintage as well as the new pieces at the showroom.

My sincerest thanks to all at IWC and their team especially here in Singapore for being so gracious and hospitable. Their continued support for the collectors here will never be forgotten. Special thanks to Eddie for organising it on the collectors behalf!

Will such gatherings be the new standard for the brands? I hope so, as it demonstrates if anything, the strong following of the brand as well as the sophistication of the collectors as well as an opportunity for the not so fortunate to admire and enjoy handling the very rare pieces.
